PROCESSING TIME

• Item ships 7 -10 days prior to needed by weekend via USPS Priority Mail and UPS
• Queue position is assigned based on event or party date, not purchase date. Ex: if order is needed by April 6th but order was placed March 2nd, your order will still be made and shipped 7- 10 days before April 6th.

SHIPPING

• Shipping upgrade is available during checkout. Please reach out to me before order is placed if order needs to be expedited.
• Pop Of Colour Kreations will always ship on time for your event. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays with your package or if the package has gotten lost on its way to you.
• Once packages have shipped, we are no longer responsible for its trajectory.  We are not liable for STOLEN Packages and will NOT issue refunds nor ship replacement product.
  - If you have experienced lost or delayed mail please purchase USPS Priority Mail.
  - Returned packages by mailing carrier due to delivery issues will require buyer to pay for shipping fees again. We are not liable for any delays that may occur due to delivery issues.
  - Order cannot be cancelled if we have already created the product.
  - Packages lost or damaged by USPS. Buyer must file a claim with USPS by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and USPS requires to have an online account.
  - Only USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express mail are insured up to $100.
  - USPS First Class Mail is the slowest delivery plan and is not insured. If lost, stolen or damaged there is nothing CalitheMaker can do.
